Summer training times for those attending Nationals and Age Group Nationals are as follows (all training at Kinsmen):
Friday July 3 - 4-6 pm
Saturday July 4 - 9-11 am
Monday July 6 - 4-6 pm
Tuesday July 7 - 4-6 pm
Wednesday July 8 - 4-6 pm
Thursday July 9 - 4-6 pm
Friday July 10 - 4-6 pm
Saturday July 11 - 9-11 am
Monday July 13 - 4-6 pm
Age Group/Senior Provincials Report

The Age Group and Senior Provincials was again a great success for OSC. Overall we placed second in the team scoring, with the seperated Age Group and Senior scores still to come. OSC had many provincial and club records set over the weekend (check out the club records page), as well as lots of best times and medals. One big highlight was Katrina Sharpe making her first Age Group National cut in the 100 free leading off the relay!
Great work OSC and keep it up at the upcoming National meets!
