Hello JAG+OW+JOW families with girls aged 10&U and boys aged 11&U,
The 2022 Summer Festival North (SC) is a 2-day heats and finals meet at the Tri Leisure Centre (Spruce Grove, AB) from June 18th-19th, 2022. Please Declare your attendance by June 2nd, 2022 at 11:59pm. Please note that this is a championship meet with strict entry standards, so please only declare if you are qualified for the event. If swimmers qualify for the meet after the deadline, please email Baylee at assistantheadcoach@olympianswimclub.com immediately upon their qualification to ensure their entry. Talk to your coach if you have any questions! Standards are available on the event page; swimmers only need 1.
If you are only interested in attending certain days of the swim meet (for example, “Saturday only”), PLEASE declare what days you will be attending in the Registration Notes. If there are no notes in the declaration, your swimmer will be assumed to be attending every day of the event.

Warm-Up Times & Meet Info
Saturday, June 18th: 1:45pm Activation, 2:00pm Warm-Up, 3:00pm Meet Start
Sunday, June 19th: 1:45pm Activation, 2:00pm Warm-Up, 3:00pm Meet Start
Swimmers will also receive a swag bag, which they can pick up at the awards table by showing their bag tags.
Draw Prizes - Each heat winner will be eligible for a draw prize. Draw prizes will be selected prior to the start of finals each day. Swimmers will receive a token for each best time. Please have your swimmer take token to the awards table to complete a draw ballot.
Results will be posted on Meet Mobile. Meet mobile results are unofficial and final results will be published to Swimming Canada.
There are water fountains for coaches and officials to fill their water bottles. Please bring one to fill. There will be no water bottles available.
