Hello HP/P/AGP/JAG/OW/JOW/JD Competitive families,
The 2023 Blue Bears Invitational (SCM) is a 3-day timed finals meet (Fri-Sun for 11&O doing Distance, Sat-Sun for most 11&O, and Sat-Sun for 10&U) at the Kinsmen Sports Centre (Edmonton, AB) from January 13th-15th, 2022. Please Declare your attendance by December 12th, 2022 at 11:59pm. Talk to your coach if you have any questions!
10&U Swimmers can swim Saturday and Sunday. 11&O Swimmers can swim all 3 days, but Friday is distance events only, so talk to your coach to see if that is appropriate for you! All other events should meet a minimum :55 / 50m standard.
If you are only interested in attending certain days of the swim meet (for example, “Saturday only”), PLEASE declare what days you will be attending in the Registration Notes. If there are no notes in the declaration, your swimmer will be assumed to be attending every day of the event.
Friday, January 13th (11&O Distance Only)
- 3:15 Activation, 3:30 Warm-Up, 4:30 Racing
Saturday, January 14th
- 12:45pm Activation, 1:00pm Warm-Up, 2:00pm Racing
Sunday, January 15th
- 12:45pm Activation, 1:00pm Warm-Up, 2:00pm Racing
