Hello HP/P/AGP/JAG/OW families,
We are currently opening up sign up for the 2023 EKSC Octoberfest Swim Meet. Information is limited and more will be posted when we know. Please note Declaration closes on September 30th!
The EKSC Octoberfest (SCM) is a 1-day timed finals 50s with 100 IM finals meet at the Kinsmen Sports Centre (Edmonton, AB) on Saturday, October 14th, 2023. Please Declare your attendance by Sunday, September 30th at 11:59pm. Finalized timelines will come out closer to the event. Talk to your coach if you have any questions!
Tentative Timelines
- Activation: 8:40am
- Warm-Up: 9:00-9:55am
- Racing: 10:00am-3:00pm
Swimmers will race up to 4 50m races, and the top swimmers will advance to a 100m IM final!
If you are only interested in attending certain days of the swim meet (for example, “Saturday only”), PLEASE declare what days you will be attending in the Registration Notes. If there are no notes in the declaration, your swimmer will be assumed to be attending every day of the event.
