Hello AGP/JAG/OW/JOW/JD Competitive families,
The 2023 Neil Lepps Meet (SC) is a 2-day timed finals meet at the Millennium Place Pool (Sherwood Park, AB) from March 18th-19th, 2023. Please Declare your attendance by February 21st, 2023 at 11:59pm.
Please note that this meet is SPACE-LIMITED so please declare ASAP if you want a spot. We only have 30 spots available for our 11&Under swimmers (6 events each), and 25 spots available for our 12&Over swimmers (6 events each), due to decisions made by meet management that we have no control over. If declaration closes before the Feb 21st deadline, then the meet has filled up. We expect it to fill up very quickly. If your swimmer declares after the spots run out but before it has closed, we will notify you immediately.
Meet Timelines (PLEASE NOTE THE AGES ON THE SESSIONS): CHANGED MARCH 15th
Saturday AM is 11&U: 7:45am Activation, 8:00-9:00am Warm-Up, 9:00am-12:00pm Racing
Saturday PM is 12&O: 12:15pm Activation, 12:30-1:30pm Warm-Up, 1:30-4:00pm Racing
Sunday AM is 12&O: 7:45am Activation, 8:00-9:00am Warm-Up, 9:00am-12:00pm Racing
Sunday PM is 11&U: 12:15pm Activation, 12:30-1:30pm Warm-Up, 1:30-4:15pm Racing

If you are only interested in attending certain days of the swim meet (for example, “Saturday only”), PLEASE declare what days you will be attending in the Registration Notes. If there are no notes in the declaration, your swimmer will be assumed to be attending every day of the event.
However, given that our spaces are so restricted, we ask that families try to attend the whole weekend if they are at all able, given that we are not able to shuffle our spots.
