Hello AGP/JAG/OW/JOW/JD Competitive families (and P families desiring an alternate / additional event for competition experience),
The 2023 Red Deer Freeze or Fry (LCM) is a 2-day timed finals multi-session meet at the Red Deer Recreation Centre (Red Deer, Alberta) from June 10th-11th, 2023. Please Declare your attendance by May 17th 2023 at 11:59pm. Finalized timelines will come out closer to the event. Talk to your coach if you have any questions!
If you are only interested in attending certain days of the swim meet (for example, “Saturday only”), PLEASE declare what days you will be attending in the Registration Notes. If there are no notes in the declaration, your swimmer will be assumed to be attending every day of the event.
