Hello OSC families,
Our first big team travel meet of the season is the annual PCS X-MAS Cracker taking place at the Saanich Commonwealth Pool (Victoria, BC) from December 5th to 7th, 2025. As this is a team travel meet, all swimmers wishing to attend the meet must travel with the team. This meet is open to all swimmers registered in Regional to National. Please note that OSC has a limited amount of spots saved for this competition so please declare early.
Declaration is open now until October 31st, 2025 at 11:59pm or until we reach our capacity. OSC can only take 50 swimmers this year and once we reach we will start a waitlist for other interested swimmers. Once the meet entry deadline has passed we may be given an opportunity to add more swimmers from the waitlist if the host club informs us of open spots.
The expected cost based on last season is approximately $1400. Please note the cost may change based on number of swimmers attending and food costs. Our goal is to keep the cost down as much as possible by booking flights and hotels early. The team will leave for Victoria on Thursday December 4th and return to Edmonton on Monday December 8th. Flight details will be shared as soon as they are confirmed.
