2026 Champs - HOSPITALITY Volunteer Sign Up

Help us make Champs 2026 a welcoming and well-run event! OSC hospitality team plays an important role in keeping coaches, officials, and volunteers fueled and appreciated throughout the meet.

We’re looking for volunteers to help with simple but important tasks like setting up food, restocking snacks and drinks, keeping the hospitality area tidy, and helping create a warm, positive atmosphere for everyone working hard behind the scenes.

Its a great way to support our swimmers and be part of the excitement of Champs.

 A friendly attitude is required.
Volunteers may be asked to help with other tasks as needed and should be flexible with reassignment.

Please carefully read the description and time for each volunteer role before signing up. If you plan to sign up for multiple positions, kindly ensure that the shift times do not overlap, as each role requires a specific number of volunteers to be present at that time.

Additionally, please be mindful of roles that involve light to moderate lifting or moving items, and only sign up for those positions if you are comfortable with the physical requirements.
