2026 Fall BBQ Volunteer Sign Up

Help us make Our 2nd annual Fall BBQ a well-run event! 

We’re looking for volunteers to help with simple but important tasks like setting up food, restocking snacks and drinks, keeping the area tidy, and helping create a fun, positive atmosphere for everyone.

Its a great way to kick off the season ahead! 

 A friendly attitude is required.
Volunteers may be asked to help with other tasks as needed and should be flexible with reassignment.

Please carefully read the description and time for each volunteer role before signing up. If you plan to sign up for multiple positions, kindly ensure that the shift times do not overlap, as each role requires a specific number of volunteers to be present at that time.

Additionally, please be mindful of roles that involve light to moderate lifting or moving items, and only sign up for those positions if you are comfortable with the physical requirements.
