This season, OSC is offering our Satellite (JOW–AGD) groups a monthly swim clinic led by Coach Darian (Senior Provincial Coach), with the support of other coaches and volunteer Performance swimmers.
Each month, we will focus on specific technical skills, giving swimmers the opportunity to learn, practice, and receive plenty of feedback to help them improve.
The September Clinic will take place on Monday, September 21 at Kinsmen Sports Centre.
- JAG/AGD: 1:45–3:00 PM
- Cost: $15 per swimmer
- Focus will be on Push offs, Streamlines, and Under water dolphin kick
