This season, OSC is offering our Satellite groups a monthly swim clinic led by Coach Darian (Senior Provincial Coach), with the support of other coaches and volunteer Performance swimmers.
Each month, we will focus on specific technical skills, giving swimmers the opportunity to enhance their regular training through the refinement of said skills.
The November Clinic will take place on Sunday, November 1st at Kinsmen Sports Centre.
- Clinic will run from 10:45-12:00pm
- Cost: $15 per swimmer
- Focus: Flipturns, Touchturns, Dives, Bk starts
- This clinic will run before the 12&U meet and will be a great opportunity to refine some important skills before racing.
