This season, OSC is offering our Satellite groups a monthly swim clinic led by Coach Darian (Senior Provincial Coach), with the support of other coaches and volunteer Performance swimmers.
Each month, we will focus on specific technical skills, giving swimmers the opportunity to enhance their regular training through the refinement of said skills.
The October Clinic will take place on Sunday, October 11 at Kinsmen Sports Centre.
- JOW/OW: 1:30-2:30
- Cost: $15 per swimmer
- Focus: Breakouts, Dives, and Race finishes
