Hello Gold Families,
Your Gold swimmer is invited to Mini-O's Gold Swim Meet on June 21st, 2025 at the West Pool in the Van Vliet Center. This mini swim meet is our way of celebrating all the learning and hard work these little ones did during the session, and to show off their skills to the parents. All swimmers registered in a Gold group this session (April-June) is invited to attend. This special event will run from 12:00pm-3:00pm.
The swimmers will be swimming a 25m race of all four strokes, plus a 50m race of freestyle and backstroke. Please know that if your swimmer is not comfortable doing a race, they are not required to do it and can do any of the races they feel comfortable doing. At the end of each race swimmers will receive a results card that shows what event they swam, and what their time was.
At the conclusion of all the racing, all swimmers will receive a small gift bag with some goodies and their results cards. Graduating Gold swimmers who have completed the Mini O's program will also receive a medal in their bag and will be eligible for move on to our Compettiive Junior Olympic Way (JOW) groups.
