Hello Regional families,
The information about the Regional Training Camp is finally available.
Purpose of the camp:
Same as last year, OSC Regional swimmers have a fantastic opportunity to attend a training camp in beautiful Canmore, AB from May 21st to May 24th.
This camp is designed to provide swimmers an opportunity to experience a weekend with full focus on swimming without the distractions of daily life and other commitments. They’ll participate in double training sessions each day, enhanced by team bonding activities like hiking and climbing.
In addition, swimmers will have the chance to watch and analyze videos of professional swimmers, gaining valuable insights into technique and performance. We’ll also explore other key factors that influence success in the pool, such as mindset, nutrition, and recovery strategies. This camp isn’t just about training—it’s about building friendship, growing as athletes, and creating memorable experiences that will inspire them both in and out of the water.
Declaration Deadline is by midnight of March 15th. We require minimum of 12 athletes to make this camp affordable for everyone.
