What an incredible weekend at JP Fiset 2025! One of the largest and fastest Invitationals in the province once again delivered an electric atmosphere at Kinsmen as over 700 athletes from across Western Canada came together to race. Personal bests were flying all weekend long, with several provincial records broken along the way. OSC showed up in a big way with 167 athletes competing, many coming off strong performances at Candy Cane Invitational and PCS Christmas Cracker. The results speak for themselves: 459 personal bests, 35 podium finishes, and numerous Festival, Trials and Champs qualifiers!
Weekend highlights:
Luke Li achieved two new Youth Recognition times in the 100 Free (1:12.22) and 50 Fly (37.27)
Derek Pahanonot earned his first Youth Recognition time in the 100 Fly (1:29.94)
Mackenna Riou achieved her first Champs time in the 200 Breast (2:57.19)
Elise Wonsiak earned her first Trials time in the 200 Backstroke (2:48.76)
