OSC Shines at Kelowna Aquajets Swim Meet!
From May 9th to 11th, 40 swimmers proudly represented OSC at the Kelowna Aquajets swim meet, held at the H2O Fitness Centre. Without a warm-up or cool-down pool available during sessions, swimmers faced a unique challenge: learning how to recover and stay race-ready using dryland strategies outside the water. Their incredible performances are proof that they rose to the occasion—well done, team!
